Leaving the session and during the following week, awareness tends to hit. There is a great chance for you to start noticing things you have never noticed before. Parts of you may start being integrated and wholeness is on the way.
4. Confidentiality
The story of your heart will be safe and secure. According to the PACFA code of ethics, confidentiality is an essential principal, only breached in case of self-harm or harm others.
6. Truth
By following my gut (intuition) the truth always comes up. It is never easy. 'The truth will set you free, but first it will make you feel miserable'. This often happens, and compassion & empathy will always be present within me in these crucial moments.

I will always be truthful to myself and therefore to you. The only way to lead one to the path of authenticity is through authenticity.
There will be moments where I will cry or feel your pain (empathy) before you notice. I will reflect back to you with compassion, knowing and feeling how difficult this is for you.
No matter the nature of the story or what you do or did, I will always see you as a human being who deserves respect and care. I will always see you with positive eyes. (In cases of self-harm or harm to others, I have a duty of care to meet, according to the PACFA code of ethics. Still, I will see you as a human being).
One of my strengths as a counsellor. Intuition always comes up unexpected and gracefully. I deeply follow my gut during the journey process.
8. Presence, Silence & Stillness
As your heart is becoming stronger by dealing with your truth, a great sense of presence may come up, followed by a disturbed and peaceful silence that leads to a great and enjoyment stillness. If feels like nothing is happening, but there is a great thing happening - in the midst of silence and stillness.
7. Courage, Strength & Honour
By dealing with your own truth, courage (cour-heart + age-action) will show up, strengthening your heart through exercises he has never done before, bringing a feeling of honour with the whole process. The process of transformation starts to be noticed and acknowledged.
